Ingredients

  • 450 g Nuremberg-style mini bratwurst (about 20–25 g each)
  • 6 × small hard rolls
  • 90 g medium German mustard

Method

  1. Heat a grill or heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the small sausages for about 8–10 minutes, turning frequently, until browned and cooked through according to the product instructions.
  3. Split the hard rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through and warm briefly.
  4. Place exactly three small sausages in each roll and add mustard.
  5. Serve immediately.

How to serve: The defining format is exactly three small sausages per roll, without unnecessary toppings.
